FAQ

1. Can I register if I´m business/Vajda Dealer?

Yes, You can. Just make sure to register as Company not as privat person.  Do not forget to Fill out Your VAT number and check box that You are VAT payer if you wish to have your invoice without VAT. (picture below)

For Vajda Dealers is important to make registration first and request Your discount before your first order.  This can take day or two but then You are good to go. You can send Your request to canoe@vajdagroup.com

Please, make sure to fill out Your registration correctly!

2. What countries can order from shop so far ? 

Here is list of countries:

Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland

Croatia, Netherlands, Germany, Slovenia

Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, France, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Italy

Sweden, Finland, Denmark

If You wish to make order to different country its possible to request shipping via email canoe@vajdagroup.com.

We will add Your country and shipping cost and then You can make Your order. 

 

2. I will be in Bratislava and i would like to pick up my order.  Is this option available?

Yes, it is. If You wish to pick up Your order make sure to pay via CardPay.  Please write dates You wish to pick up Your order to Note to an order. (picture below)

It takes two working days for us to confirm Your order. You will recieve email when Your order is ready for PICK UP. If there is any problems with payment etc. we will contact You. 

 

3. I will be in Bratislava and i would like to pick up my order.  Is this option available?
